10. Our sales, delivery, and return policies
Returns & exchanges
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted, unless there’s a problem with the product at our fault; or otherwise required by law. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part is covered at my expense. Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping
Our products ship worldwide except to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. All products are made on-demand, it takes 2-7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. After that, the average shipping time is 6 business days depending on the delivery destination. Delivery times are appropriate and may vary. There may be delays due to the pandemic. Please contact me if the product doesn’t arrive after 4 weeks.
Depending on your location, the product will be created in and sent from the USA, Europe (Latvia or Spain) or Australia. Orders are shipped from nearest representative factories on most occasions.
European products are manufactured and shipped from Spain or Latvia.
US products are manufactured and shipped from North Carolina.
Australian products are manufactured and shipped from Victoria or Queensland.

Pricing
Product prices and additional costs will be displayed individually in an order overview before submitting the order and will be sent to the customer by email as confirmation after the binding order is submitted.
Some products have stated that 15% of profits will be donated to a charity operating in Afghanistan of my choice. If you’d like to request for a receipt of the donation, please Contact me.
Please do not hesitate to ask me anything. Custom made orders are possible. Most photos found on my website are also available for printing. Contact me.
11. Payment methods
You may make a payment by credit card, direct debit, or PayPal. Marsha Jean reserves the right to limit or expand the options of payment.
We use third party service providers such as Squarespace, Stripe, Paypal, Printful for carrying out transactions. You should read their privacy policy and terms and conditions.
12. Creating Iframes or copying our HTML code
Without our authorization, you can not create Iframes on our website or use any other technology or method that may alter in any way our Web site.
You cannot copy our HTML code, or any code from www.marshajean.com

Only search engines, and online directories may link to our Website without our prior written authorization.
News media organizations may link to our Website if is it not done so in any way misleading, defaming, or falsely implying endorsement or sponsorship of any third party and products or services.
