Returns & exchanges
Each product is made on demand. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted - unless there is a fault in the product. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
The colours in the print may slightly vary from those seen on your monitor.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping
Ships worldwide except Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. All products are made on-demand, it takes 2-7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. After that, the average shipping time is 6 business days depending on the delivery destination. Delivery times are appropriate and may vary. There may be delays due to the pandemic. Please contact me if the product doesn’t arrive after 4 weeks.
Depending on your location, the product will be created in and sent from the USA, Europe (Latvia or Spain) or Australia. Orders are shipped from the nearest representative factories on most occasions.
European products are usually manufactured and shipped from Spain or Latvia.
US products are usually manufactured and shipped from North Carolina.
Australian products are usually manufactured and shipped from Victoria or Queensland.
